About Us


We are experts in planning and optimising marketing campaigns, having worked extensively both on the client side and the agency side for many UK blue-chip firms.

The two founders of Metrics Media, Neil Dawson and Richard Cordle, both have a long history of success within the industry. They first worked together in the digital space for the UK’s largest insurance provider and over a four year period they managed both the paid and natural search marketing activity in-house. Neil moved on to become Operations Director for a specialist search agency, and then Search Director for (at the time) the UK’s largest independent search marketing agency. Richard moved on to become an Account Director for a top 10 full-service marketing agency, handling a diverse set of major banking and retail clients including Barclays, Dyson and Fox International.

Neil and Richard formed Metrics Media out of a shared conviction that digital marketing strategies must account for every step of the client conversion process, a shared passion for testing and enhancing website interaction and marketing campaigns.
